How do we start the formal relationship ?

It starts with a review of your vision or problem. I will put together a proposal including pricing and send it to you. We can discuss further or, if you are agreeable, we will write and sign a letter of engagement. 

A discussion of the proposal is part of discovering what you need, so if it's not quite right, let's talk more!

How much do you cost?

My pricing is competitive.  However, depending on the type and predictability of the work, I propose pricing as a flat amount, hourly,  or, sometimes, a retainer.

Can you provide labour relations support?

I have worked in both unionized and non-unionized environments so I absolutely can support in either environment!  My union experience has included grievance handling and contract negotiations. 

Are you a compensation expert?

I can provide some compensation support.  If we assess that the compensation experience you require is more than I can provide, I can suggest other expert consultants.

Can you provide support remotely?

I started consulting during the pandemic, so I can absolutely provide remote support! We can supplement this with in-person meetings when appropriate.
